The Muser hilltribe people in Northern Thailand grew opium to sustain their livelihood. That is, until the govt encouraged them to plant shade grown coffee instead. AirAsia Foundation provided a grant, created the packaging, sold and promoted the coffee through their in-flight magazine. A campaign with Y&R Malaysia for AirAsia’s inflight magazine.
